These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Blues Hour Studio (“Studio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), located at:

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- SERVICES
Blues Hour Studio provides:
• Band Jam Sessions
• Amplifier-Based Practice Sessions
• In-Ear Monitor (IEM) Jam Sessions
• Audio Recording Services
• Live Streaming Services
• Content Creation Facilities
• Other studio-related services as offered from time to time
- BOOKINGS
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after:
• Full payment or advance payment is received (as applicable).
• Confirmation is provided by the Studio.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
- STUDIO USAGE
Users must:
• Arrive on time for their scheduled session.
• Use all equipment responsibly.
• Follow instructions provided by studio staff.
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior.
Any damage caused to studio equipment, instruments, furniture, recording gear, cameras, monitors, or property due to negligence or misuse shall be chargeable to the customer.
- LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals do not extend the booked session time.
The session shall end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available and separately booked.
- RECORDINGS & CONTENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Clients retain ownership of their original performances and recordings.
• Blues Hour Studio may retain backup copies for operational purposes.
• The Studio may request permission to showcase completed projects for promotional purposes.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Illegal activities
• Use of narcotics or prohibited substances
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Damage to studio property
• Excessive disturbance to neighboring premises
Violation may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- LIABILITY
Clients use the studio facilities at their own risk.
Blues Hour Studio shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury
• Loss of personal belongings
• Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures
• Delays caused by power outages, internet failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control
- FORCE MAJEURE
The Studio shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages, strikes, or emergencies.
- MODIFICATIONS
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
