At Blues Hour Studio, studio time is reserved exclusively for each customer. Once a booking is confirmed, the time slot becomes unavailable to others.
- NO REFUNDS
All bookings made with Blues Hour Studio are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds shall be issued for:
• Jam sessions
• IEM sessions
• Recording sessions
• Streaming sessions
• Any other studio services
- RESCHEDULING
Customers may request one rescheduling of their booking if:
• The request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• The requested slot is available.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking time may be denied.
- NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice shall be considered a No-Show.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be provided for No-Shows.
- STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
If Blues Hour Studio must cancel a session due to equipment failure, staff unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered:
• A rescheduled session, OR
• A credit for future booking.
Refunds shall remain at the sole discretion of the Studio.
